Refunds are denied if:

- You're outside the 3days window

- Service is no longer needed

- Terms were violated

- Reason is unrelated to our infrastructure

Where applicable, service interruptions may be compensated only in the form of service credits.

- Can only be applied to future invoices

- Cannot be refunded or withdrawn
